Before You Contact Us – Please Read Carefully
If you are seeking ASAM Level 1 treatment based on an evaluation, please upload that evaluation below. We must review it before we can proceed.

Important:
If your evaluation is related to a suspended driver’s license, or mentions the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS), the DUI Intervention Program, or the DBHDD (Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities), we cannot help you. Recovery Café is not part of that referral system, and we are not approved to provide court-mandated DUI or DDS-related treatment.

If you seek counseling or treatment for any reason other than a DDS/DBHDD-related referral, we still need to see your evaluation. Please upload it below, along with any documentation that explains why you are seeking services.

Thank you for understanding our role and limitations. This helps us keep our time focused on the people we’re truly equipped to support.

How Long Will Your Program Take?

Your evaluation determines the appropriate program duration. Recovery Café distinguishes between recommendations specifying a number of weeks and those specifying a number of sessions.

  • Weeks: Attend one group session each week for the recommended number of weeks.
  • Sessions: Accelerated participation may be available through one group session and one individual session per week.
  • Unspecified short-term ASAM Level 1: Our standard program consists of 12 weekly group sessions.

Attending two groups in one week does not count as two completed sessions toward an accelerated program.

What Happens After You Contact Us?

  1. Evaluation Review: We review your clinical recommendation and any applicable referral requirements.
  2. Program Information: We explain group availability, program length, costs, and enrollment requirements.
  3. Enrollment: Eligible participants receive instructions for completing their enrollment through our secure TherapyNotes client portal.
  4. Participation: Once enrollment is complete, you receive the information necessary to join your online group.

Important Information for Georgia Participants

Recovery Café is an independent outpatient program and is not part of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) provider network or the Department of Community Supervision (DCS) provider system.

If your court, probation officer, evaluator, or licensing authority specifically requires an approved provider, please confirm that Recovery Café is acceptable before enrolling. Our program does not replace Georgia’s state-required DUI Risk Reduction Program.

When appropriate, Notices of Enrollment and Completion may be provided to authorized third parties. A valid signed Release of Information is required. Completion documentation is issued after applicable program requirements are satisfied.
