If you are seeking ASAM Level 1 treatment based on an evaluation, please upload that evaluation below. We must review it before we can proceed.

Important:
If your evaluation is related to a suspended driver’s license, or mentions the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS), the DUI Intervention Program, or the DBHDD (Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities), we cannot help you. Recovery Café is not part of that referral system, and we are not approved to provide court-mandated DUI or DDS-related treatment.

If you seek counseling or treatment for any reason other than a DDS/DBHDD-related referral, we still need to see your evaluation. Please upload it below, along with any documentation that explains why you are seeking services.

What Happens After You Submit?

We review your evaluation. We check your recommendation and confirm whether our online ASAM Level 1 program is a fit.
We confirm your enrollment details. You’ll know your required program length, group schedule, costs, and start date before you begin.
You receive your invoice and portal invitation. Once enrollment is approved, we’ll send the instructions you need to begin your online group.

How Long Will My Program Take?

We offer 6-week and 12-week programs and review other recommended lengths based on your evaluation. Your paperwork determines whether you need a specific number of weeks or sessions.

If your evaluation specifies sessions, you may be able to complete your program sooner by attending one group and one individual session in the same week, when appropriate and approved. Individual sessions are billed separately. If it specifies weeks, additional sessions do not shorten that requirement.

Payment Options

After your paperwork has been reviewed and enrollment approved, you may prepay for your program or choose weekly billing when available. We’ll confirm your payment arrangements and start date before you begin.

We have offered online counseling since 2015. You attend from home, follow a consistent schedule, and receive professional facilitation throughout your program.
