Recovery Café offers three weekly group options. All times are Eastern Time, and each group session lasts 105 minutes.

Participants generally attend one group per week. Individual sessions may also be available by appointment. Group availability and program costs are confirmed during enrollment.

What Happens After You Contact Us?
- We review your information. Your evaluation and circumstances help us determine whether our program is appropriate for your needs and referral requirements.
- We explain your program options. You receive information about the required program length, group scheduling, costs, and enrollment requirements.
- You complete enrollment. If accepted, you receive instructions for completing the required forms through our secure client portal.
- You begin your online sessions. Once enrollment requirements are satisfied, you receive your group participation information.
How Long Will My ASAM Level 1 Program Take?
Your program requirements are determined by the recommendations contained in your clinical evaluation. There is an important difference between an evaluation requiring a number of weeks and one requiring a number of sessions.
- Evaluations specifying weeks: Attend one group session per week for the required number of weeks.
- Evaluations specifying sessions: Accelerated participation may be available through one group session and one individual session during the same week.
- Short-term ASAM Level 1 without a specified duration: Recovery Café’s standard program consists of 12 weekly group sessions.
Attending two group sessions during the same week does not count as two completed sessions. Accelerated participation must be consistent with your evaluation and our program requirements.
Payment and Enrollment
Recovery Café is a private-pay provider and does not bill insurance. Program costs and payment arrangements are explained before enrollment. Weekly billing and prepayment options may be available according to program requirements.
Structure, Support & Clear Expectations
Recovery Café has facilitated recovery-focused groups since 2015. Our online ASAM Level 1 program emphasizes participation, personal accountability, substance use education, and practical strategies for healthier decision-making.
Sessions are conversational and collaborative. Participants explore topics including cravings, relapse prevention, coping strategies, emotional awareness, relationships, risk reduction, and recovery planning.
Our small-group approach allows participants to consider how these subjects relate to their individual circumstances while working toward their program requirements.

Will Recovery Café Meet My Court or Probation Requirements?
Recovery Café is an independent program and is not part of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) provider network or the Department of Community Supervision (DCS) provider system.
If your evaluation, court order, probation conditions, or licensing authority specifically requires an approved provider, please confirm that Recovery Café is acceptable before enrolling. Enrollment or completion does not guarantee acceptance by an outside court, agency, or authority.
